Healthy activity is critical losing weight for men over 50 but in the same time men over 50 are typically at the busiest time associated with their lives. Work and family responsibilities, often spreading over two generations by this time, make adding even modest volumes of time to daily schedule unrealistic and also the concept of "working it off" is not practical.
